why isn't this thing showing up in my avalible planes?

I can't seem to get this addon to actually show up in my game. It's skin is there, but the addon itself isn't. I tried removing other addons, but nothing. What do?

The one that got converted into the Mave Yukikaze was the FRX-00, prototype, they swapped out the AI pod for a cockpit and that became the FFR-41 MR Mave.

While the FRX-99 Rafe AKA FLIP KNIGHT SYSTEM runs a similar air frame, it's designed to be unmanned, carrys mainly laser weaponry, has a nuke onboard and is supposed to be controlled from a carrier
