No problem this is a great asset I absolutely loved it! I moved the building and the problem is solved temporarily, before reappearing around some other assets...

Hi, I've made this building without any mods and additional assets. Please check whether You have any mods causing problems. I am not modder, only amateur asset creator so if there are any problem I do not have solution at this moment, cause it works fine for me. Only thing I can do is to apologize for that.

Something weird happened to this asset. Suddenly all trees around it withered (including natural non-plop trees) and the ground becomes grey-black like some kind of fall out centered around this building. However I checked and there is no pollution.

I saw your buildings and I had quite the REACTION. I am strongly bonded to these, and cannot build a city with-ATOM. THANKS for your amazing campus set.
