Okay, once and for all, if we want to get technical, this mod has BEEN broken for over 2 YEARS now (since May 23, 2023). If you don't see any response, or updates, from the creators, and you see that it is messing with your game, then at THAT moment, is when you realize that you're most likely "USING IT AT YOUR OWN RISK".

As I've stated multiple times in this section, if it's not working for you, then PLEASE follow the instructions above on how to unsub / delete it, so it doesn't damage your game(s). It's that simple.

@TH3_S3RV1C3 - I totally agree with you that this mod is very useful, due to its customization of the stations, and realism of having to place a depot strategically. Love it! 😁

Now, June 2025, this mod it's Broken. Do not install it. It's a shame, it was a very useful mod.

There's an error that pops up somewhat every 5 seconds. I use the extended error reporting and its something to do with the AI and depot I think. Anyways I tried to turn off the AI option on the settings but still it causes errors.

This mod is NOT being supported any longer. It hasn't been supported in a while if you look at the last time it was updated.

I can attest to what onemorecup has said.
Whenever I enable it all of my buildings start glitching out.
The mod is cooked for good it seems.

The comments might be misleading, but this mod is currently broken. "Array index out of range" errors appear every 5 seconds.

When I try to connect a metro bridge or tunnel, with the surface the tracks doesn't connect properlly, the tracks connect, but the energy does not.
So I can't use subway system because I can't connect my depot with my underground tracks.

I dont think this is being updated anymore, but I have found 2 issues with this mod, one critical, and the other a major annoyance. The mod seems to have a chance to completely kill your framerate until you reopen the game in your city when either a track is in frame (or about to enter frame), when you try to use moveit on one of its nodes, or when you upgrade to a 1 way vanilla track to then upgrade back to the track before to fix the major annoyance due to network anarchy not working when enabled. The major annoyance is the fact that the pillars seem to become a wide pillar combined with your previous pillar, and when you try deleting the segment that this happens at, the segments touching them updates, therefore making it impossible to fix without deleting the entire track, or doing what I said earlier.

I have tested this mod several times for errors and i found out that it causes prop & tree rendering bug, which somehow only occurs in airport DLC Maps

That is correct. The customization for the stations are features that come with this mod exclusively. You would need the Metropolitan Depot (which some people miss that part too...) and have it connected correctly in your metro design / network in order for it to work properly as well. :)

That's exactly ALL it does, which is why I specified "SIMILAR", and not "EXACT/SAME". You will still get the rendered tunnels and such, but no you will not be able to customize the stations as you can with this mod.

It's only again directed to those who can't get this mod to work for them, due to whatever reason it is. It works fine for many, including myself, so it's hard to really say what's wrong, outside of having mod conflicts, primarily on the user's end. Therefore, what else can be advised outside of just trying to get something similar to the experience?

That's all I was saying. Does that make sense? :)

The station customisation I believe is specific to this mod although you may be able to convert types using Replace Our Networks

@black_panther559 can you explain what that replacement is doing? It lets me customize the stations too? It looks like it just changes the look of the tracks which I dont care about.

I wish there was a way to search these comments - has anyone found that when highlighting specific tracks in a multi-track station the highlight is so heavy I can't even see the station any more? It all becomes a big white blob and I just have to guess which track I'm editing...

Hello! I have troubles with this mod! Tracks are not displayed at depots and stations (whether it is a ground or elevated metro station), so you can't lay tracks either from the depot to the line or between stations. And this version of mod is can't work with my game version (my version is 1.18.1-f3). Can you fix it? Thank you!

Are you saying you can't as in you don't know how to, or are you saying that it's glitching when you attempt to adjust it?

As you see, (just now, in-game screenshots using MOM), first link shows length at the normal size of "144", and the second image shows where I changed it to "176", which is beyond what would be needed anyway. LOL

So, if it's a glitch, then "sniggledigit" will have to intervene, but otherwise, when you go into the metro option, it should automatically give you the option(s) to edit the stations/tracks.

Finally I solved the problem!

To do this, delete all metro stations and replace it. It also works when you start the new game.

As for the error, I'm 100% sure that this mod conflicts with something else. I have a lot of objects for cars and buildings. There are modifications for transport (traffic manager), for brushes for planting trees on the map, for adjusting road nodes and I'm at a loss as to what could conflict. Maybe the fps booster does something wrong when it tries to optimize, or maybe I don't have enough 32 RAM.

It is interesting that if you restart the game after the error 2-3 times, the error disappears and the game loads normally. The question about the VRAM still remains, since it shows that when loading, the game consumes 99% of the VRAM.

To be honest, I don't think any of the developers are focusing on the CS mods anymore, now that CS II is out. So, it's kind like, what you see is what you get, and that's that... take it or leave it. Whatever the last date posted for an update is, that's the last time that the developer has even paid attention to the mod. Sorry, but that's just that.

Therefore, whatever bugs that you're experiencing, is gonna have to either be dealt with, or just don't even bother using the mod anymore. That's all that can be done at this point.

Go to cylis's workshop, where you can get a similar depiction, but without the issues of the mod. You'll need another mod to help with track replacements though for certain situations.

I could also say though, that sometimes, when trying to unsub and then resub to a mod that was not properly disabled and removed from your game, but then saved the game as such, then trying to reload the game again with that mod included/excluded (however the case may be), it can cause that Array error as well.

I actually tried to do a game for this particular mod and duplicated that error with the above mentioned, and it did work that way.

So, as shaneturner12 advised earlier, you have to make sure that when unsubbing to these mods, that you are doing it correctly and paying attention to the processes.

Unfortunately, every mod isn't the same, so you can't just unsub it and call it a day, without actually going through the process of disabling it first in the Content Manager (accordingly), then unsubbing from it. That can definitely destroy the saved game file that you did that on.

Well, I'm gonna kill that assumption for you right now!

I'm an old school fart, and truth be told, my system is still a DDR2, playing on a GTX1050 TI card, with only 20 GB RAM. Yet, EVERY video and post that you see in my profile is exactly what is happening now!! EVERYTHING is working for me, and again, I have TONS of mods in my game.

So, now that you (and everyone else) knows the real deal about my system, no one can say anything about it not working properly because of the mod, or lack of VRAM. Every mod that you see my name on, and I post confirmation images all the time in my profile, you see that the mod itself is working with no problems for me, that is.

Now, with that being said, and I always say, it's most likely a mod outdated conflicting with this one. Unless your computer has a virus as well, then that could also be a problem altogether.
