Figured out-after activation in "mods" submenu, it is necessary to restart the game, after that - create server and wait a bit longer to load with mod. Now it works just fine! P.S. With this mod, NS2 b4eocmes more epic and feels like Primal carnage and Evolve.

This mod works fine with local and any servers. I use it all the time.

Somewhy when I enable mod in "mods" submenu and try to start local server, the game crashes. Maybe this mod is incompatible with local servers?

Make a third person for marines. I want to look at my sexy Elite Assault Armor while playing!

When you join a server running this mod, you can press R to switch between first and third person modes. You can't just subscribe and enable this mod. It won't work like that.

Try joining Nin's Modbox server. I believe that 'Third Person Aliens' is working properly there without any issues.
Are you trying to use it on a server that does not have it installed? If so, that could be the problem (Or you just need to enable it in your mods for singleplayer).

@Gadzooks super late, but I believe that's the hit marker's audio cue. You can turn that off in NS2+ options if the server runs it, I believe.

This must be run on a server. Almost all mods in NS2 must be run on the server.

Well, this lets you see around corners. It also shows you how you didn't die from lag but rather than your leg was sticking out from that corners. It makes it easier for aliens, but perhaps there are other mods out there that make it easier for marines...

I'm curious of playing both as and against aliens while this mod is active, maybe it will make things easier for newcomers?
