Hey - first of all - I really like this mod. But since the B18 update I got some problems when combining it with the "Doormat"-Mod which adds Doormats. If i place a doormat under the door my colonists will deconstruct the door to put the mat there .... i have to build the mats first and then build a door over them. Any chance you could fix that in the current version of ReplaceWalls?

This bug is causing a small bug that can be a bit annoying.
When you place a wall over some rock, the rock will first be mined, then the wall will be build.
However, pawns that have the task to construct stuff, will also mine the rock first. Most of the time this is not really a problem it will just go a bit slow. But when you have a pawn that is incapable of mining, it just stands there staring at the wall....

Note: encountered in the mod for A17 (see comment below for link). But it might be in this one as well.

I am adding my voice to the pleas for an A17 update. I also need to say that I've known some other mods that 'seemed OK' without being updated but really weren't. At least one is known to have caused a memory leak :O

Damn. I didn't think this many people loved this mod as much as me. It truely is a godsend for people who want to upgrade their walls from basic wood. An update for A17 would be awesome! :CatWish:

Same. I love this mod and I hope that someone updates it or comes up with another way. Vanilla wall replacing is driving me crazy. It's such a little mod but SO usefull. :D If it never gets modded, RIP and thanks for the great mod while it lasted. :D

Wow. I just gotta say, after having using this mod and now going back to the vanilla way, I can't believe how much I now hate the vanilla way... I feel like I got used to a chainsaw and am now going back to using an axe.

There is a bug when you try to replace the wall of the entire room. Let's say if you try to build a room inside a mountain, and using stone blocks to replace the default mountain wall. The corners would always left undone.

However, when replacing walls, the workers is not mining or deconstracting the exsiting structures all at once, but they are mining/deconstracting only one block and then go to stockpile to grab the material, and then repeat the process which means workers will have to run back and forth many times until they finish the work.

I love this mod, but this two problem bothers me a lot. Hope it can be fixed in the next update.

Can you add a plant cutting priority thing for anything in the way of blueprints in the same way you did for mining? I love this mod and just noticed the mining replacement last night.

definitely doesnt work with A16 in combination with other mods, maybe it was concrete walls or better roof support. with JTRW i couldn't build anything nor even equip a weapon with my hunter

Ohh.. If this doesn't conflict with my other mods I'll be very happy. I'm a little worried there might be a problem with "I can fix it" but I'll go ahead and find out ;) Honestly probably find this more valuable, especially early game. Thx!

Can you please get rid of the Defs_NotUsed folder? It confuses RCC, a conflict checker.

i apologize i was wrong, seems another mod was conflicting, the bridges mod i think that has foundation blocks for floors, you can't build power lines on walls built on these just tested. again sorry and merry christmas.
