I attached small grid rotor pieces to large grid rotors. Was a little trick back then, don't know if it still works.
mcstabby492 17 Feb, 2019 @ 11:40pm
How did you attach the large grid rotors to the 1x1 wheel suspension blocks????
☭LoliBeater☭ 20 Feb, 2018 @ 12:57pm
is it vanila?

D3LT4-07  [author] 7 Jan, 2018 @ 12:09pm
Hmmm .. shit. When i find the time i will try to fix it.
Nooble 6 Jan, 2018 @ 12:40pm
So, any ETA on a fix for the back flipping turbo tank? It breaks the second I load into the map.
Colonel Sanders 9 Dec, 2017 @ 11:28pm
it literally breaks as soon as i join the map lol
Colonel Sanders 9 Dec, 2017 @ 9:29pm
cant find it in my blueprints
D3LT4-07  [author] 30 Sep, 2017 @ 2:50pm
Nope
Barnaby Bananas 30 Sep, 2017 @ 2:28pm
any required mods?

@kris220b
We do.

@D3LT4-07

Well glad we agree on that area.
D3LT4-07  [author] 30 Sep, 2017 @ 1:56pm
@kris220b
Exactly :D
kris220b 30 Sep, 2017 @ 1:55pm
@D3LT4-07

So in other words, in about 40 years.
D3LT4-07  [author] 30 Sep, 2017 @ 1:54pm
@kris220b
Destructable blocks have to be off when you spawn it in. After that you can theoretically switch to destructable blocks on. But this one is not really ment to be used in survival. Not until SE really can handle this kind of builds.
kris220b 30 Sep, 2017 @ 1:20pm
@D3LT4-07

Well i mean, since block damage needs to be off for it to have its turrets not fly off, i would not really call it survival ready.

But thats just SE for ya.
D3LT4-07  [author] 30 Sep, 2017 @ 12:58pm
Destructable blocks has to be turned off. Space Engineers can't handle that many rotors. Everything should be piped up, so yes it should be survival ready.
Johnner01 30 Sep, 2017 @ 12:26pm
The turrets break off when i spawn it in, is it intended to be survival friendly?
D3LT4-07  [author] 29 Sep, 2017 @ 7:34am
@Brian
Open the world, look at it and hit (CTRL+B)

Can you make a blue print

@lordzile
The Script maybe does not exist in the workshop anymore but it still works. It takes some time but the world loads for me. I recognized some other issues, i updated it, maybe you want to try it now?
LordZile 29 Aug, 2017 @ 1:22am
this script doest exist any more. my world is not loading cause of the mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=811469981&searchtext=floor+plan

@glitchmyface

seeing as your face is the face and helmet of an angry marine
its not that much larger then the face of a normal human

so this statemant, while midly funny ( becase angry marines ), is untrue
Weather Man 9 Mar, 2017 @ 3:13pm
IT'S LIKE THE SIZE OF MY FACE!
D3LT4-07  [author] 8 Feb, 2017 @ 1:53pm
The driver seats are meant to be used for driving. Via the control panel you can control the turrets. Just select one and hit 'control'. I don't think its very hard to use if you have any idea of the game.
cosmic_newt 5 Feb, 2017 @ 9:13am
I'm having a very hard time getting this thing to move. I also don't understand the instructions you've put here. What should I be doing after heading into the control panel???
FastTquick 24 Jan, 2017 @ 3:06pm
I agree with the A6 Turbo Tank being one of the most badass tanks from the Star Wars universe. If Star Wars Battlefront 2015 allowed mod support, I'd love to see one of these vehicles modded into the game for the Republic/Imperial side. The only caveat would be to try to coordinate with your teammates to operate these things in a way where they won't get stuck trying to move it one way or another considering the tank has two cockpits.
D3LT4-07  [author] 22 Jan, 2017 @ 4:38am
@Sarrus
Thanks, mate. It obviously has more than one grid, the projector will only show the hull,
not the turrets and not the suspension with the wheels.
Sarus 21 Jan, 2017 @ 9:31pm
Projector buildable? Also this is freaking sweet, always wanted one :)
D3LT4-07  [author] 21 Dec, 2016 @ 12:03pm
@Li

Thank you very much.
Please excuse me, i don't understand what you mean.
Marshal prime 21 Dec, 2016 @ 11:52am
Are you going to throw the drawing in which it will be possible to do?
And this work is excellent
MAMPF(GER) 21 Dec, 2016 @ 9:52am
nice

@Captin javen

Thanks mate :)
Bloxn 21 Dec, 2016 @ 8:38am
AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bloxn 21 Dec, 2016 @ 8:38am
what!?!?!?!??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
kris220b 21 Dec, 2016 @ 8:16am
@Unseen oni

still, barings freezing up, and sand in the engine and filters
that combined with how lenghty some campains could get, im surpriced the thing was not upgraded to make those parts more lasting or more resilient
UnseenOni 21 Dec, 2016 @ 7:18am
The problems never showed up in the Clone Wars because they were brand new, with parts being manufactured for replacements. During the Empire reign, they relied more on the AT variants and basically resigned the Juggernauts to prison transports, and low tech worlds where they would inspire terror more than be effective. That combined with the fact that the empire canceled production and parts manufacturing, the units soon became worn out and frequently broke down.
kris220b 21 Dec, 2016 @ 6:35am
@bstunsc

i can imagen clang would have a thing or two to say about that :P
TopHatCat10 21 Dec, 2016 @ 6:30am
Not along time ago, in a sandbox on someones pc... damn. Imagine running around in survival in that thing
kris220b 20 Dec, 2016 @ 2:24pm
@D3LT4-07

never said they where SE powerfull

i said
you do know that ion thrusters is already a thing right?
>>they are just no where neaer as powerfull as in SE<<

as a respondse to you saying there wont be ion thrusters in the near future, you had no mentions of strenght in that claim, so it made it look like you tought that ion thrusters is not a thing
D3LT4-07  [author] 20 Dec, 2016 @ 1:56pm
@GeneralJ02

Thanks :)

@kris220b
There are no operational ion thrusters that could move thousands of tons of steel. They have to be huge for that. Many scientist say, that they are not practicable in large scale.

Spinning does not 'produce' gravity, its centrifugal force
kris220b 20 Dec, 2016 @ 1:45pm
@Unseen oni

and what?
not a single of these problem showed up during its usage in the clone wars?
or was it just never used near cold, sandy or wet places?
UnseenOni 20 Dec, 2016 @ 1:39pm
To clarify, the reason it was unreliable is that parts became hard to get, the wheel bearings froze up on ice planets, or got gunked up on anything remotely wet. Sand would get into the heat exchangers for the engine, and more often than not, the flexible center that allowed it to gain traction on hills would often devlop tears or additional folds in the metal, causing stress on the overall carriage. Also keep in mind that the last version of these were developed at the end of the Clone Wars, so by time you see the one in Rogue One, its already 40 years old, with no additional production. Wear and tear has an effect on vehicles that often see combat or rugged terrain.
kris220b 20 Dec, 2016 @ 1:38pm
@D3LT4-07

you do know that ion thrusters is already a thing right?
they are just no where neaer as powerfull as in SE

also mass is not the only way, you can always use spinning
Nomad 20 Dec, 2016 @ 1:35pm
it is beautiful :)
D3LT4-07  [author] 20 Dec, 2016 @ 1:16pm
@kris220b
I understand that quotes as old quotes like from i don't know tesla or so. I don't think there will be ion thrusters in near future, but who cares, its a game. For example gravity generators make no sense at all, only mass can 'produce' gravity.
kris220b 20 Dec, 2016 @ 12:55pm
@D3LT4-07

100 years?

is SE not near future, around 2027 ish
as seen in the made up wiki qoutes you can see on the loading screen
D3LT4-07  [author] 20 Dec, 2016 @ 11:55am
@kris220b

yes, thats wierd.In 100 years there must be some super heavy duty LED or something :D the size of the lights is enorm, too. it sticks threw small grid walls.
kris220b 20 Dec, 2016 @ 11:39am
@D3LT4-07

thats how i make original builds
but all my replica ships are to scale as much as possible

but its just mental, a camera thats 50cm across but can barely zoom in, and interior lights weighs something like 7kg
D3LT4-07  [author] 20 Dec, 2016 @ 11:35am
@kris220b

thats right, thats why i don't count blocks. I just screw around until i'm happy with the size.
kris220b 20 Dec, 2016 @ 11:31am
@D3LT4-07

i said its tiny by SE's screwed up idea of scale

not tiny for something IRL
