Nice job! But I agree that Changdeokgung should get a Culture bonus.

By the way, why Changdeokgung over Gyeongbokgung?

Changdeokgung does have a variety of yields including culture and science, so it still is valuable beyond the one time bonus

Personally I thhink you should add +2 Culture of something like that for Changdeokgung, as a wonder which only provides an immediate bonus seems a little underpowered. That being said, it's pretty exciting to see some very overlooked wonders being added to the game like this. Keep up the good work!

You can use a program such as WinRAR to open it, but otherwise just place it in the Mods folder (My Documents / My Games / Sid Meier's Civilization V / MODS) and then it *should* be able to be installed from ingame

I can't open the Download File. My PC keeps saying it can't find a program to open the civ5mod file? Any suggestions?
