Now testing with playing, before trying to add DLC items
I try to add DLC and Progress later
pølis help
But it will take some days to "update" it - there were several changes so far but it is in work.
@DarthInvader192
I dont know, because when i insert it, and you dont have the DLC, you can use it, too, thats not the "idea" of the DLCs, but im trying to work on that.
@Glington
The "amount" of parts is fixed, because of the basic "idea" of the mod:
MK6 replaces 1024 items of the same type in one.
So the amount of "ingots" you need, is the same, as for 1024 single parts.
There are 10230 Parts needed, because the "main" part is "normally" calculated and factor 10, because one complete Large reactor or Refinery is not possible to fill into the normal assemble, so i divided it in 10 parts (and for ALL items!)
The "Bonus" is, that the higher Tier items need most times only half Power and have some other "extras".
(See mod discription)
Update in progress...
...DX
open with notepad++: CubeBlocks-Improved.sbc
search for assembler, there you will find "BlueprintClasses"
<BlueprintClasses>
<Class>LargeBlocks</Class>
<Class>SmallBlocks</Class>
<Class>Components</Class>
<Class>EliteTools</Class>
<Class>Improved</Class>
</BlueprintClasses>
change to
<BlueprintClasses>
<Class>LargeBlocks</Class>
<Class>SmallBlocks</Class>
<Class>Components</Class>
<Class>EliteTools</Class>
<Class>Improved</Class>
<Class>Ammo</Class>
</BlueprintClasses>
ex: MK6 need 10,230 for small ship is not ideal to use maybe lower it 75%~80% so instead of 10000 it you use 2500~2000 instead that would be easy to do as copy and paste like you did the rest and maybe lower the Large grid one to just 10% so that it use a max of 9200
But this is just me in real or x3 it use a shit lot of iron haha
Great mod btw
ToDo:
- Add Build Planner
- Add "Large/Small Blocks"
- Recalculate all Objects
- Check all Objects of nmew integrety... (will take a while!)
After Keen changed many of the game i need to rework the mod - Update in Progress but will take a bit of time...
When using the MK2 - MK6 assemblers, the option to use the Build Planner to insert the required into the Assembler Build Queue is missing.
Your modded Assemblers do not have that option enabled. My post below tells you how to add that back in. If you compare your assembler configuration to that of vanilla SE, you'll see what I am talking about.
Alternatively, just use the fix I suggested. It has worked fine in my local games and gives a total of 6 assembler category options (large block, small block, components, tools, Build Planner, MK)
Weird, Steam didnt tell me any comments here.
I will start tests with current versions.
@Spirit Warden
I will lokk, IF i can change it
@Dart Mord
Sorry, i dont understand your question / Bug - build planner?
@milamber_necro
Checking in the moment....
@Sirflartsalot
Do you have any other mods installed? The mod replaces the standard Assembler!
If otther mods do the same, its not compatible!
...DX
since the last update the mode make crache the game .
is it only on me?
great job fore this mode^^
You could just go and modify the file "CubeBlocks-Improved.sbc". The specific tags in question are...
<MaxPowerOutput> (for modifying how much power it can produce)
<FuelCapacity> (for modifying the quantity of fuel it can hold)
<FuelProductionToCapacityMultiplier> (for modifying the output of a unit of fuel. Higher numbers are better)
I do want to report a minor issue.
Issue: Missing tab option in the Assemblers. It's the Build Planner tab. It lets you queue up the parts needed for the thing in your build planner. It's missing for me whether this mod is the first or the last one loaded.
Suggestion: Modify "CubeBlocks-Improved.sbc" so it has the following tag in the assembler configuration: "<Class>BuildPlanner</Class>"
I put that tag after the ELITE TOOLS and before IMPROVED.
In-game, it put the Build Planner tab back in and still had the Improved tab as well.
I know it's an 'issue' with vanilla SE where it uses like...100k ice per second but would it be possible to make a version of this mod where their consumption is closer to that of Ion/Atmo's electric consumption?
Normally there is no problem, they are righht of the "normal" components in the selesction tab (large/small blocks, tools etc and "MK" Icon).
If you DONT asee it there, you maybe have other mods installed, that also override the assembler and have "priority".
When you try the mod "alone" it will show up. when you change the order of the mods, it should appear.
If there is still a problem, contact me.
Or, if you really need the other mod, contact m,e, too, give the link to the mod and i look, what i can do for you to "combine" those 2 mods for you.
because i do not see it in thee assembler
So, i hope, i found all of those bugs, fireflys and other insects flying around here...
My pesticides are empty and i must by new one - so, if some is needed here (or other problems), feel free to report it.
I guess, Sunday its perfect and i try to update MK2-MK5 also!
Fixed (readded) Large Earthbreaker Drill (Mk5)
ToDo: Small Earthbreaker Drill
-MK2-5 subMods
Corrected the Yield and Speed Modules.
O2/H2 has "Oxygen generator" as name so far, was the "old" name, sorry. I will correct it next time ;)
