This is my favourite day-to-day use ship!

Really enjoyed your Rutile build, so came back for more! I really like your ship style.

@akira1g7 That's called a skybox. It's also a workshop item, and AlloyCat was gracious enough to provide you a link in the description. It's all the way at the bottom.

@Windex Glass Cleaner
It' perfectly fine !
I'm glad my work can inspire you to use it as part of your design choice :)

I hope you don't mind but I published a craft using some of the Corvus's engine layout. (Probably should've asked before-hand.) I'll give you credit on the page, but I'll take the craft down if you want.

@DCAR
Yes, there are about two armor blocks at the same height with landing gear, but it should still be functional for landing gears to lock on surface the last time I checked it.
I'll check it again soon once I have time~

It doesn'tland neatly on a space station: belly shape interferes with the landing gear.

@JD.Horx
Wow ! Thank you ! Pleasure to have your appreciation !
I'm also a fan of your ship designs, your F-13a Kestrel is one of the factors that gives me motivation to head back and finish building this ship :)
JD.Horx 21 Dec, 2016 @ 4:50am
Also nice fighter.

I also had often the experience with craft being able to handle planets in vanilla but keeping crashing with speed mods upon reentring atmosphere. To handle this problem it can be helpful to try to approach the planet in a sharp angle and always facing the horizon with maximum speed. This makes your craft "falling around" the planet in some way and the descend is much slower.

@Luitha
Glad you enjoy them !
I always like making no hydrogen builds because gathering hydrogen fuel is often tedious, and the fuel capacity also limits the practicality.
A lot of designs work well in creative with unlimited hydrogen, but will probably last less than a few minutes in survival.

Fun ship, also enjoying Milesians/Gnome combo btw. Really enjoy the no hydrogen builds. Thanks alot :)

@JCapt
Thanks !
Well it actually also has atmospheric thrusters to make it capable of leaving planet :P
But it certainly doesn't need hydrogen thruster that has limited fuel !
JCapt 20 Dec, 2016 @ 2:20pm
Something with good old ion thrusters... that can leave a planet! Cool!
