thanks i think ive seen this vid some where but i dont know how to use hammer or up load addons or anything so u know what evs i was more this as if the water was a giant flat entity and then you spawn it and place it to a needed hight is that possible thanks :)

If you load up a map in Hammer and just place a func_water_analog under the map, in theory it would work. 3kliksphilip has a good tutorial on his channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkNdzxZjRTU

ive always wanted to be able to flood any map i want test around make props or entitys test around i want to know if its possible imaginei could flood construct or another small map for example. idk just and idea
