If the file location and reference are correct, maybe it's something about the file. Do you have a _cm and -ng?
cm is color/metal with alpha channel controlling metallicity and rgb channels as the image
ng is the normal/gloss where the alpha channel controls gloss and the rgb channels are a normal map. If you don't want metallicity or gloss, you still need the alpha channels for the texture to work.
I am fairly sure the textures need to be square so that's something to double check.
Also check to make sure you're generating mipmaps when you export your textures to dds.

il do it with adminhelper mod on my survival server... so i spawn an asteroid and with the helper commands it is possible to fill the whole roid with the material you need

i think it should be possible t build a script to let spawn roids where and when you need it
@big_blue_4101 yeah youre right but if you have a warship with only heavy armor and you can get 20% of all that weight down that is a good benefit.....20% can be much...
I have tested the durability with Aryx Weapon Enterprises, especially the Tempest Heavy Cannon and i can say vanilla heavy armor has a hole after the first shot :-) Duranium Heavy Armor can hold 3 shots without much damage (tested with 3 Layers each) So very good against normal kinetic projectiles.
So it will be worth to farm it on a survival world eventhough 20% less weight instead of 50% :-)

Real armor rate 15x, 16kg per plate(its ok)
Defence shield mod are crazy durable with this armor (shield's health depend on ship's total HP)
8x or less is fine enough
<DropProbability>0.95</DropProbability>... is useless string due it will not appear in signals without editing the containers

The mods are added just like any other mod. The planets don't add to the map you're playing on automatically, you'll have to place the planets in creative mode.
I think your Planet Mods from Space Engineers are great!
But unfortunately I do not know how to install it exactly, can you help me?
