You could make your own mod for this but you'll need to unpack the game's files first so you can see which files correspond to where. Check the Starbounder wiki for details on those tracks you wish to replace:

With the assets unpacked, you'll be able to see the path of the game's background music (BGM) files. Go ahead and unpack this mod too for some guidance on how to set up your mod.

You'll need to convert your replacement music file to the .ogg format and put your mod's files in one folder. Copy the format of my mod's files and replace the stuff being replaced in it (paths, files, names, etc) with what you want to be replaced.
