Gods Bless.
Replace the "default" document in the mod folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\824692743\prescripted_countries"
with the original for the game C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\prescripted_countries
Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\824692743\prescripted_countries" and change the 89 to an 88 and vice versa on the file names. So humanoids becomes 88 and megacorps 89.
Paradox renamed the files in the "prescripted countries" directory - the numbers got swapped around.
The COM spawns when any Empire has the flag Human_1 and the Deneb system is not yet in use.
To remove the COM spawn from a playthrough with UNE, you need to remove the "Human_1" flag from the UNE in Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\prescripted_countries\00_top_countries.txt .
The flag is also applied to any custom-made empire that uses the Human portrait and starts in the Sol System. Therefore the same procedure has to be applied to that Empire in [USER]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\user_empire_designs.txt

I'm really thankful for your work! But please, could you write in your description, that your mod MUST be loaded AT LAST in the mod list? That is a really important thing for people like me who are not into modding.
Why? Because it's simply not working if your mod is the first on the list or somewhere in the middle between a lot of other mods.
Yeah, I'm really thankful for your work. It's a f***ing nasty 'feature' of this game, to put some default species on your galaxy map, which you wanted to play with your own handmade species you created with hours of work.
And now that I found your mod and made it work, I'm thinking to make a 'Paradox species' and make it the enemy of everything else in the galaxy
So is this extended version for the purpose of actually removing them all or is this extended version used for further "added on" empires removal?
If the latter is true then do I need both downloaded for ALL preset empires to be gone?
