Any thoughts or am I doing something wrong?
No, the stack amount is reduced to the new limit when removing mod or even reducing limits WITH the mod. sucks to suck.
It also deleted everything that I had in those stacks. For example. if I had 2 stacks of 1000 wood, I now only have 2 stacks of 75 wood
example, i had 270 antimatter composites split between 3 stacks, and when i loaded my save, it was set to 3

It's no outright deal breaker - but having an additional 1,500 lines of log while troubleshooting for people is a tad bit annoying. ;)

Also 1.5 update comes as soon as hugsLib has an update.
It already is. You can test in debug mode by spawning a full stack of fish. The stack multipliers are applied to them.
