Uhh most likely both my addon and 'minecraft river survival' has a hidden 'thumbs.db' file inside them which is conflicting. It is a hidden windows file that caches thumbnails for image files. Frustratingly l4d2 can detect these, and complains of conflicts.
It won't harm your game, save for the annoying conflict warning.

There's no conflict. Windows creates 'thumbs.db' thumbnail files. Invisible files that precaches thumbnails. It's from the addon's icon .png
If you check the console it will state exactly which files conflict, and it will print thumbs.db.
It will not harm your game.

He literally just said it isn't compatible because they are two separate addons entirely that replace the same thing aka conflict. Your best bet is to ask the owner of the 4K loading screens addon to fix Zoey's hand themselves.

And if they ever update the L4D1 Co-op and Versus mutations, they should allow the use of the old L4D1 animations mods to allow players who owned Left 4 Dead 1 to have a sense of nostalgia.
