the only issue I have with these guys is their kinda retarded they don't know what the fuck is going on half the time they just run around on every map I use them on...like I gotta get pretty close for them to realize that I exist.

How are the Headcrabs confusing? I mean if you are looking for a more realistic mod there's plenty other zombie mods out there that don't use headcrabs or you can simply get a mod to remove the crabs.

I could make an OnNPCKilled hook, and make it so when zombies die any headcrab within a 1 centimeter radius will be deleted.
