partyboy you are wrong the same happened in Cs:Go with the M4A4 Howl. You see it in games or in pro matches and now it costs 20 times the original cost. Mr.Sparkle you don't know the law. And do you think that if this is a "Copyrighted" Yes the graffiti is but the photo is everywhere. He can pick a photo that is copyrighted and the photo is public as he said. If I am going to pick a photo from google it will be public and there are not copyright issues in many of them.

I won't be surprised if this gets copyrighted and I lose $8 for buying 4 of them and they will no longer be tradeable or marketable ;( rip

Doesn't matter if you have a different opinion, I am stating the law. Copyright law doesn't work off opinion, it is very straight forward. With that said, unless you have written permission showing that this image is free for commercial use you are at high risk of violation.

We know for certain you did not take this picture, and without explicit permission from the photographer, you are stealing their work. But the differing point of view you may have regarding this issue is mute in the face of the law.

I know you didnt take the picture because the stock image is all over the internet. That is intellectual property, not the graffiti but the fact some other person used their camera to take the photo, now you stole it and are making money. But that's the way she goes... unless the original creator files a DMCA notice you are safe. But you're not gonna be making many friends with this copy and paste shit.

How do you know I didn't snap the picture on one of my visits to Prague? The subject of the picture will always be the same unless altered.

Well Mr.Sparkle, it's a public graffiti. An individual can take a picture of anything and sell the picture. I could take a picture of your house and print it on shirts, effectively making money off the photograph of your house.

Hey. Yeah it's a public graffiti in Prague. Nothing unusual. You can buy posters and shirts of it online. There's no known artist and I believe it fits into the world of rust.
