Instead, copy and rename an existing object then edit at will and only use that new object template for your op start initialization. If you're having trouble, I'll write my own version from scratch that you can reference.
@Terminarch Made a new character with new skills (from the dropdown menu in the character modification). It seems to be a bug with the new updates to the game. As in the character i created is not officially in the game and may be the cause of these 100 skills bugs. Will look in to it further and try to find a solution. Thanks for the comment tho, please tell me if you find a solution to this frustating bug, after every update it seems that the characters 100 skills is shifting to new characters. Thanks.
Edits you suggested are easy. The problem is getting people to agree.
Speaking of which, I'll publish custom mods if people ask (within reason).

-Going to add a lot more features to this. Such as a companion in form of a dog. Fix the hunger to start at max. Add all new research and skills and more.-

However, using a default start created my characters as normal while for-hire characters spawned at all 100's.
