if only this actually worked. It just makes the entire screen black. (I'm not sure if it's different with other computers or it's because i have like 150 mods on).

Fix the black screen bug, add a slider to how much the effect, well, affects the screen and exclude the GUI from the effect and this mod will be amazing.

It causes the screen to turn completely pitch black including the GUI. It makes the game unplayable.

Exclude the HUD from the blur and have the Tilt Shift effect follow the player, then it'll be perfect.

found the shaders.xml at "Steam/SteamApps/workshop/content/250900/832212284/content" but even after editing this then and deleting the file it doesn't seem to affect anything.

even after unsubscribing, reinstalling isaac, and restarting steam, it's still there. plz help
