@Shodan - The only change that this mod makes is aesthetic, and that is making the Plant Cutting work type's relevant skill show as 'Growing' in the work tab. This mod changes nothing functionally.

I can't cut trees out of Zen garden or VGP Extra trees as well as spectago bushes from additionnal joy objects. Is anyone else having this issue ?

no it does not add anything, it merges growing with cutting because they use same skill

Read the description again guys. It simply adds in the Growing skill under the Work Tab UI.

I love all your mods Ive seen and they are all very clear and informative about what they do. The description on this one is very confusing however, Im not even sure what it really does but given your other work im sure its great. Maybe change the description some, just a suggestion, I appreciate all your work.

@Tom Bosley Experience Strange. Maybe try unsubbing and re-subbing again, or the GitHub version. Reason being is because I did rename PCIFG_WorkTypes.xml back to WorkTypes.xml in the patches folder, and that may have updated strangely for you.

@Tom Bosley Experience Seems that you're using the old A17 version; the root node was changed in B18 and I adjusted both GitHub and Steam versions to adapt to that. I had no issues trying the Steam version of this mod.

@Dedbob Just tested and this version does work fine with Beta 18. It looks like you're trying to use the A17 version with B18, which won't work since the Root XML is now always 'Defs'.

Ah right, it's the root node of the XML. Strange, I could've sworn that I updated the XML patch to the new root node.

Thanks, I received a couple of fails on 17, and they updated everything to 18 and I'm still getting them. i posted them on the Luden forums. I unchecked all other mods on list list, reload with Core only, then tried your 18 version. Did the devs change the plant cutting skill?

Hmm, I'm still getting a failure when trying to install this mod. I changed the version to 17.0 in the xml with the same result. I followed the link you provied and read you post stating you attached the old tot the post, but I do not see it anyywhere in the thread.

Can you offer more assistnace?

The B18 version of this mod will work fine with A17 anyway, since the only difference is About.xml.

Yea its a list I copy pasted, because a coupble of mods didnt work but since I weant down the list and added a mod 1 by 1 and it is in alphabetical order, then in the alphabetical order is where I activated your mod and none of those after it meaning after, Path Avoid.

Your mod is probably not compatible with the starwars mods, just in case here are the mods I use where your mods is in conflict with one or more of the mods:

It's probably Steam, as my XML definitely has the 'ManualDumb' tag.

According to my error log, you used the incorrect tag when updating the mod.

Exception parsing <li>DumbLabor</li> to type Verse.WorkTags: System.ArgumentException: Exception parsing Verse.WorkTags from "DumbLabor" ---> System.ArgumentException: 'DumbLabor' is not a valid value for Verse.WorkTags. Valid values are:

It seems like you didn't set the work type to actually be using ManualDumb, like you intended to. Maybe Steam didn't update the mod on my side? This error didn't show up the last time I ran the game though.

Update: Plant Cutting is now classed as 'Dumb Labour' again (ManualDumb XML tag).

If you want to remove this: get the Dropbox version (link in OP), go to Defs/WorkTypeDefs/WorkTypes.xml, and remove '<li>ManualDumb</li>' from line 17 in that file.
