There is no 10000 limit unless you have another mod that's messing with this one.
I think if you move this mod to the top of the load order it will take priority.
I changed some settings that are supposed to reduce it and it doesn't seem to have much effect. .... So, yeah. I dunno. ... If anyone knows how to do that, let me know.
It unlocks the limit up to the maximum, so you aren't capped at 8000P.
You can keep upgrading your P up to 999,999.
It stays active until you uncheck it and reboot the game, thus turning it off.
A cvars edit affects the game in-general. It's like a preference that dictates the game's behavior, so it's not applicable to a single save or anything like that. The game recogizes the cvars settings when it boots-up, and those settings stay on until you turn the mod off and reboot.
