I have been trying to recreate the bug, but it seems to not work anymore

It was the first thing I did when I woke up from bed, I just went onto my desk to see where the vents were, then I got a message from the warden saying "one of the guards noticed your cell was empty"

The guards don't enter your room. Only if you got rolcalled. So you probably had contraband in your desk or you did something else

When I was starting the map up for the first time, I went onto my desk to see where the vents were. Then, a guard walks past my cell and I was sent into the SHU.

Don't worry, I already knew that

just a note, 5 prisoners (in custom map editor) means YOU and 4 NPC prisoners

Great looking prison! You should really make the warden's letter more lore-friendly instead of just explaining what's going on with the prison. Perhaps something along the lines of
"So, you've escaped all these prisons. But what do they have in common? They're all on land, filthy, dry, easy to escape land. I've made the smart choice in my career to build an entire prison underwater! Have fun serving the rest of your life in prison. You'll be swimming with the fishes if you try anything else."
