wow thx i tried doing all as you said and now i can't start Black Mesa anymore it completely destroyed the game saying that it can't add it as a search path or sth now i have to delete it and with it all my saves

I'm sure you get comment upon comment about this particular detail, but(t) f**k it, I'll throw my hat in the ring. Have you found a way for the Zombie sounds to work without the Poison Zombie noises thrown in there? I'm not trying to be a dick, but for me, it's a pretty noticeable blight on what is otherwise a flawless mod!

Personally, I think people would be happy if it was just a mix of the BMS and HL1 Zombie sounds. Like just occasionally throw in those "hiccuping" sounds from HL1 and the "cackling" sounds for when they're swinging at you. Just something for consideration! :)

I wish this wasn't everything all in one pack. I'm really looking for JUST the Alien Slave voices. I installed another mod, and even with snd_restart it didn't work.

When I open vpk and compare it to your mod, I found in-depth differences.
1. Add idle sound
2. Add die sound
3. I also found that your mod specifically Houndeye have many alert sound while the other mod that I gave you have only 3 alert sound which is basically based on original half life. What do you think?

A. Half Life 1 + Black Mesa Sound
B. Half Life 1 only

also, you could've just used the normal HL2 zombie sounds for the zombies.
the poison zombie sounds don't fit them at all.

One other recomendation I have would be to use either the BMS turret firing noise, or the original Half-Life ones, the 50. cal HMG thing that you have on here right now is way too much... It really overpowers any (and I truly mean ANY) sound in the game, and a turret that small would not be that beefy... Other than that, gret mod!

damn. the alien slaves sound scarier now. what a really well done remasterization. i love this.

concerning about the zombies with different hl2 combinations. that's gold.
