After trying it, while playing as Bill, I think it is definitely a good mod so I gave it a thumbs up. I really like the movement of his coat, which is not only noticeable up close but even at a great distance- nice job on that! It could be improved a lot though by fixing the "all white" eyes and adding facial animations.
