Is it possible to somehow make the grass grow not when the game starts, but in a specific mission, so that the config is not called by default?

@RogelTv I really don't know. My hard drive crashed during the windows creator update and I've never bothered to reinstall Arma 3 and the mods since then.

Figured out the problem for why Addons Builder didn't pack projects. I had originally set the "path to project folder" variable in the Addons Builder to a random path. Clearing the field made Addons Builder work. Hopefully the mod works now lol

ok so you have seen that old video. i did do a newer one. however, i have been told to talk less.. :) The tools are much better now and i just use the addon builder to pack and sign all at once. youll get it i have faith. no worries thanks for taking a look!

No, I've never used the addon builder. I signed all of my mods in the past couple of days (lol thanks to you and your 2014 post/vid on signing mods :2016watermelon:) using DSUtils. I'll try using the addon builder to see if that alleviates this problem.

FYI, I have been waiting for a server key for this to come out. I saw that you had updated, and added a server key. Outside of anyother testing... After Putting your .bikey into my dedi servers's Keys folder I tried to join with your mod added to my mod list. It was a no go. Like i said i didnt do anyother testing. no doubt you used the most recently released BI tools from steam. did you compile and sign the mode all at once using the addon builder (after you created a key with dssign tool). anywho good luck looking forewared to a proper key. and thank you for your work in making this mod!!

I think it should be possible especially with CBA, but that is out of my scope of experience at the moment. Perhaps when schoolwork dies a bit down, I can figure something out. But, do note that changing grass height on the fly is not possible, and requires a game restart for configs to update (unless proven otherwise...).

Not sure if its in your skill range but it'd be nice to have a module to place on individual maps so you could customise the grass levels accordingly without messing around with the cpp files. That way you could have one single mod instead of a low and a high grass versions.

No, it does not seem that the AI is affected by the tall grass mod. Perhaps there is a hidden variable among the clutter classes that adjusts the height AI can see through?...

Will the AI be affected by the higher grass as well? I think high grass could be interesting, but if the AI sees you through it would not be any fun.
