Could you not just edit the book to give a higher chance say +100%? I have yet to dabble with moding due to the achievments bullshit.

@brett, yeah, if you have another mod that effects character item spawns, turn it off when using this mod.

@myrk, yeah, but to me it was more tied to the character. it was easier to implement this way.

Technically, it was an ability of Book of Belial, not Judas himself. The book used to force open devil deals for the first three floors after being obtained. He removed it because he made Goathead, the book now only gives increased chance instead.

Doesn't always seem to work. some runs i do not have the goat head
