Ugly, does not fit the TF2 color scheme or style, and you provided no in-game picture of the model, just some drawing in front of a blank background so additional minus points for the presentation = no thanks.

The hat is likely too sim ilar to the flambouyant flamenco to get added in but the mask is much-needed.

I may be more willing to upvote this if I see an actual screenshot from in-game. Doesn't look like a TF2 item, and the file size is awfully small.
