1. Looks way too much like the Highborn Reckoning set that's already in the game.

2. Where did his horns go? Under that giant mask? How is it Riki if he doesn't have horns?

3. Shogun is a Japanese position, not Chinese. New Bloom is a Chinese event, so Shogun makes no sense in this context.
