It was no COMMON infected, aka, normal zombies. It's exclusively specials.

I found a way to get my desired effect by just creating a .cfg with what I wanted (Only specials no tanks/coms survival) that I just execute when I enter survival.

Any clue how one would go about adding Tanks to the list of no-spawns?
I used notepad++ and added two CVARs that gives the tank lower health, and one that removes Tanks entirely, but upon doing this it makes commons, specials and tanks all spawn, breaking the addon entirely.

No. Last Man On Earth is regular No Common Infected with one player. This is just a survival mode of it with four players.
