@Colonel Thank you for your feedback! Areaportals were already included and helped tremendously. My next plan is to add a fade distance to all props, especially the small detail ones. I will also temporarily disable dynamic shadows until I figure out what's causing them to cut off, as seen here:

Tested the map, still could use some optimization but pretty good so far! I recommend you look into areaportals as you have quite a few buildings.

The map itself is quite open and chaotic so not much can be done optimization wise unless you'd want to sacrifice the charm and play style of the current layout.
