press "V" to go to vehicle information window, set wheels to work with Air and water.
Fixed forward motion for me.

ok i got some hybrrid system with warlords sytem and land AI, will update all my tracked vehicles once i figure out how to update workshop

I will update all my land stuff with this drive method once I figure out the details - it is so much better than turning wheels there is no contest in terms of all terrain ability and asthetics
