Syad. I will look into this after my vacation trip. Right now enjoying a beer on a beach ;) There is no need for hostile words. Aladin suggested solution could actually work if it's about cargo wares. Normal inventory items will be sent to Skunk immediately anyways.

Nice Mod. I like it. Everytime someone builds a better mouse trap, a better (smarter), mouse comes along.

It's fun for a while, but it gets a bit tedious later on buying license's for every sector to carry what they deem illegal there, but legal elsewhere.

It will bypass the illegal checks by police.
Installing the mod will activate this filter, no additional ingame purchases required.
You can still get in trouble if you had issues with police earlier, or attack them as usual.

So how does this work exactly? Do I have to buy it somewhere or it's just instal and sneak everything, What about 'licensed' wares, does it hides them aswell, if so then I don't need any licenses anymore?
