@kittiescatline making familiar commercial buildings is the reason why I started to learn how to model, but there's lots of other things I want to see in the game as well. Right now i'm doing some residential and parks/beautification stuff. But i'm always working on a variety of stuff.

Are you going to do malls or big commercial buildings again or is that it?

@Yorkie Pudd very unlikely for a run-of-the-mill regular ol' building asset or prop to break your game. I just played with the subscribed version and no issues, so nothing I can help you with. If that's only happening when this is installed, then I guess you'll have to leave it uninstalled and miss out on the yuppie condo goodness.

For some reason this breaks my game, I don't know if it's this or the residential props but, whenever I activate it my game freezes after about 30 secs then the game closes, I've double checked that it's nothing else that's causing it and it seems to be only when this is installed

Lovely model! Could you consider making some 4x4 or 6x6 blocks, similar to that of your other assets? 1x4 buildings are a buzzkill for those of us with one eye on the building limit :)
