@Flämme, you can try the alternative download link via CivFanatics (linked in the description) or try if this guide is of use https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=837165401 . For some reason this mod will not unpack its files when downloaded, causing it to not show up in the modscreen.

Download from here doesn't work for me as well

Well, I downloaded it from CivFanatics, and now it works! :steamhappy: No idea why the download from here didn't work xD

I've gone ahead and uploaded the mod to CivFanatics as an alternative way of downloading. You can find it here: https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/end-of-game-map-no-filled-water-plots.26347/ (Uploaded as a normal .zip archive)
I'm not sure why you're experiencing issues, did you use 7zip or Winrar to unpack?

Update: I found out how to check the mods manually in the mods folder, but what happened is that after unpacking the file, the folder supposed to contain all the stuff is empty.

I just tried subscribing to the mod and got the same problem. Luckily, I was able to identify the problem (I think): The mod did not unpack (which is something that the Steam Workshop does once in a while).
Please see this guide on how to fix: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=837165401

It won't show up in my mod list on civ. When i go on this lost it says subscribed and it's also on my list of subscriptions but it wont show up in the actual game where you press the green check mark to choose the mods

xD. Well, glad to know the issue isn't on my end at least :sans:

Um, this may sound dumb but it turns out the mod wasn't selected lol

I have both BNW and G&K, so that can't be the issue. Are you using EUI by any chance? Or any other interface mod? Have you tried it with only this mod running and disabling all other mods (Just play 1 or 2 turns, and then retire)?
Only minor adjustments were made to the replaced file (ReplayViewer.lua), so I don't think that could possibly cause a crash...
(If you know a bit about coding, I only added a total of 2 if-statements in the Lua file, meaning that I'm not making the game significantly more GPU-intensive or sth)

Try changing "<AffectsSavedGames>1</AffectsSavedGames>" to "<AffectsSavedGames>0</AffectsSavedGames>" (In the MODINFO file located at C:\Users\[USER]\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\End of Game Map No Filled Water Plots (v 1) ), then disable this mod (but leave any other mod enabled!) and load your save to see if you still get the crash. If you do, then the crash is not related to this mod.

does it conflict with Bnw or G&K because that's all I'm guessing would cause it

Are you sure it's solely related to this mod? I tested it by loading the mod on several of my approximate 400 turn (standard map size) playthroughs and encountered no issues?

lol it crashes my game when I tried looking at the end game map
