you shold add decks of cards or someting so like it gives you random cards when you buy it like lets say Beggner card pack: 2 cards . card boster pack: 4 cards. and Masters boster pack: 5 cards, you know?

I think what Mom is asking is "Will these replace regular shop pool items or consumables, or are these sold as well as the other things?"
The answer is that these are items in the shop pool which give you the consumables listed. These can show up where another item might have, because they are actually items.

These seem like they could be usefull but the red heart one seems really underpowered. Red hearts only cost 3 cents in the store and the smallest potion is only worth two hearts? Two hearts would only cost 6 cents in the store but the 2-heart item costs 15. seems like that one in particular is really bad. maybe make them 3/5/10 instead?

It's not like they replace them, but they will appear in those store item slots yes.

They're technically just items that give consumables. Think stuff like BOOM and Skeleton Key, but just less stuff.

Question, do these replace items in the shop, or consumables? Or are they sold in addition? (Side note: starter deck is a god tier item that deep pockets will never amount to, since pills are pretty worthless yet cards win runs.)

Kind of like how you can find deep pockets, little baggy and the starter deck.
Deep pockets is clearly the better choice, but you might not come across it in a run, while the other two appear.

Also you won't find them all at once, it's a case of, do you spend 15 now for a small health boost, or wait until the next shop for a chance at a full health potion.

Because you can't change prices.
