Hotfix:
-Added cargo container to Hangar for ease of access to cargo.
-Adjusted values and tutorial to encompass calculations and changes.

Update:
-Updated Bouy so that the solar panels no longer get destroyed by drone atmospheric thrusters
-Setup and tested drone controls
-did some minor visual tweaks.

This is the final update, a hotfix might come but it will fall under the same version.
