To keep the compatibility of version 3.10 or below I might have to create another mod using the current version.

I will delete the patch when/if this mod gets updated to 4.0.*.

building is still there and usable unfortunately the yield is very low so you need a lot of them to feel a gain

This still works, since all it really does is add a technology and a building. I do suggest searching for the "influence_generator.txt" file and changing some of the values to better balance it to your liking.

@severe its not really that high given what it does.. if you compare it to the system capital-complex.. this building gives 15 enforcer jobs, the capital complex gives 3 enforcers and between 4-7 other jobs (4 politicians and 1-3 other jobs pending on if you have the correct tradition and federation). thats between 7 and 10 total jobs.. 5 less than what this gives. this also gives 12 Amenities, same as the complex. 15 Housing to the complex's 12.. and 6 influence which is very hard to come by vs the complex's 4 building slots (and 3 branch office slots). the complex is a 10 energy upkeep and provides much less

6 influence is really fucking overpowered honestly ill even pay 60 energy a month for 6 influence heck even 120 might be a good deal and thats not counting the other benefits

25 energy is a hell of a cost... when every other type of building upkeep and such is bellow 15 energy What the actual fuck and why. do you lack the brain to actually properly balance this abit more?

3.2 has made some changes to make modding easy but have changed some coding with effects, localization, modifiers, scopes and triggers
