Translated, it says All Locomotives Reversed, but it only provides reversed locomotives for the European set, go figure.

His explanation for omitting the vanilla USA locomotives is why I created this mod. Reversing the USA vanilla locomotive content does not break anyone's game as far as I know.

If you mean an existing modded Locomotive model, that isn't possible or this mod would crash games that do not have that custom locomotive in their mod base. You could request the custom locomotive author to make a Reversed version, it is really quite simple.
If you have suggestions for the vanilla US locomotives, I would be happy to add them.
