Actually this is incorrect.
There is a version of the Castaferrum pattern which is simply called seige dreadnought, that uses a drill to get trough defences during seiges, and it still uses the same chassis.

The biggest thing missing is sufficient friction between the foot and the ground. It still scoots along anyways though.
