Canarian Acro is actually based of a male canarian lizard, but you are right it doesn't really look realistic.

Ryarod; We have lots of fantasy based skins already in the game. The Aurora Acro, Canarian, Equus Rex. none of those are realistic in any way, i have no problem seeing this in the mix

this skin was so lit it made me a a newly fresh dab

Very impressive skin design. Amazing, and meritorious of kudos.

...However, I do have to wonder whether this would really have a place in Primal Carnage. For all the game's liberties with realism, it still is supposed to be conceivable science fiction in many respects, and this seems almost... well, fantasy-like.

I would have chosen parts on the belly region, it would look like it imploding. But I really like this idea
