You can by setting LW2_KNIFE_CATEGORY = combatknife in XComCombatKnifeMod.ini, but it won't play nice with Grimy Loot Mod.

Its possible but a lot of work (animation) and i am currently busy with other mod projects,
so its not a priority right now.
It feels strange to not being able to use it tbh.
Personally I don't like the overhead animation at all so I probably won't make a version for it.
Tweaking animations can take a lot of time, which would rather invest for mods/features I would use myself.
It's obvious that he likes the look of the mod, but would like to keep the original animations.
No need to be rude to him because of that.
