@Mohl, The Tumbleweed No because Nelson doesn't offer them.
The only Melee animation was the one for the Baseball bat and that wouldn't make sense.
So I had to make my own and it took a long time so I just stuck with it.

It looks nice, but the animations are absolutely horrible. Can you not use the default animation for the regular kitchen knife?
