folks this should still work, it adds resources based on state id number meaning no matter what happens to the map this will always add the resources to the states based on ID

no because it adds completely new resorce types, only distributing resources via event will not work because you still need to have other files regarding new resources

Update: ran an Ottoman game and it seemed to do a pretty good job. Some things landed in like dessert/tundra inaccesible regions but since Kaiser gives control of these to adjacency (the way the Sahara works in Vanilla) it actually works like it was done on purpose lol. Didn't notice any glaring problems, most things seemed to land fine and there were no serious game breaking issues like with the original resource mod. Thanks for your work! :)

Whenever I try to play as the US, the event doesn't fire. However when I play as Germany it does. I have tried only having this mod enabled and also tried to have it enabled with other mods as well, but get the same result. Not sure what the issue would be there or if I'm missing something.
