I actually do play a Keeper Necro! It's pretty strong. Arch Angel and Dread Reaper are a great team.

IIRC, Strong Will provides protection against Ghoul Curse from Deathbringers, since that's a spirit effect. That should still be the case.

This mod is mostly intended for those that want to play Keeper of the Peace Necromancers. By default, Arch Angels have a hidden trait that makes them immune to any form of ghouling, including the Harbingers of Death upgrade.

I thought the only reason You couldn't ghoul an arch angel was because of strong will. Guess I'm dumb.
