you said this "The only way is to edit the mod itself and recompile it. If you download the Xcom2 modbuddy you can get to it all and it should still work if you put it back together and use it as a custom mod." to someone else asking about the volume of the guns, for someone with no experience in changing this sort of thing with this sort of program how do i go about making the sounds quieter?
The only way is to edit the mod itself and recompile it. If you download the Xcom2 modbuddy you can get to it all and it should still work if you put it back together and use it as a custom mod. I never had that issue where they were absurdly loud comparitively, only the saw.
@Blin
if i remember correctly its because this mod was built for long war 2 so the pistol in long war 2 mirrors the long war 2 mod style where pistols were treated differently IIRC
Atm the magnum is not giving me the 1 mobility penalty they are supposed to in lw2.
Can you please tell me the ini edit i need to do to fix it?
did you save the file when u modded? and the damage number which you put serves as the median of the range of damage you will get for example 6 is the middle of 4 - 8. so if you want a 8 - 12 damage, use 10, also follow up with the other tiers down the road so you wont go back when leveling up
.ini files in the config folder of the mod
all you have to do is open the gun you want and edit the value that you want

All cosmetic mods (except halo 4 helmets) have been converted to [Wotc] at this time.
Thank you guys for you continued support and patience and Spartan A291 for gifting wotc
AlphaTIG is your best bet to get yourself a working modification of the guns, as said, youll need the dev tools because you have to edit the script files for the guns and rebuild the mod for yourself
Any help would be appriceated :)
@Silencer4 Same as the above just abilities. they were set up the way Lw2 was set up on the patch i made this for when it was released
Long War 2? Problem their end with some other mods, fixed in 1.5. Check their forums for the skinny.
@Silencer4 Thank you, ill cook up a fix for it probably tomorrow evening
Could you post the correct prices here for me so i can adjust them quickly within the next few days or tomorrow.
Or anyone really, i dont have the time right now to dig through the Lw2 stuff for the updated values
I see that the price tags are not changed to LW2 1.3+ standards. Mag rifles cost 40 while in LW2 they cost 30 supplies. I've checked also plasma guns and they don't include Rapture. Do you plan on updating this?
