ok ok, send me a list of every one of your subscriptions, i will look at it and tell you what mods may be causing issues, i downloaded the addon myself, and it worked in game, i looked at my code and the hierarchy of the project, and everything is in place, theres nothing wrong with my mod that should be causing this.

could you make it so the screen slowly turns grey n stuff and add text of S.A.S losing or make it so that we customize it to do it ourselves or make that stuff but make the text customizable like the GTA V Wasted Screen addon.

you have another death sound installed then, uninstall any other addon(s) that change your death sound

you have a virus, uninstall steam and then wait a few years, then realize that your joke isn't funny or original, then reinstall steam and that should resolve the problem.
