Cosmetic props can be equipped to tf2 ragdolls with the Easy Bonemerge Tool. because they have the bones for it.

Soo i never undestood that much of what this Hex are
are there baiscialy some type of prop or custom item that you can then add to their apposite mercenary of tf2?
