Unfortunately, we don't have the biggest. We DO have the busiest. KATL was ranked busiest airport at least 10 years in a row. Believe KORD took the title in 2019.

@cibertek i assume its the savegame of the map with the airport built, not the airport asset to build in your own city.

What am I missing? subscribed but its not showing up in my assets anywhere.

Its the worlds busiest and largest airport. Its been that way for many years. The Chinese are building an airport that will likely beat it due to open soon as of 2019.

yeah i got that, but thought you have built it in a way that could be functional, with all plane stands working. thats what i ment by gates. hope i have patience and time some day to try such airport, even if not placed as close as a real one, but manage to have all stands working :P

are all "gates" functional on the airport? or just some, and others only decorated with assets?
just upgraded my pc and one of my wishes is to build a fully functional big airport in one of my future cities, dont care much about detailing and making it real life like, just want loads of plane stands to use ingame :P (screen stutter/freeze warning lol)

Beautiful work, I came here to say that its the busiest, not the biggest but I see you solved it. The people saying Beijing are wrong in either case, Beijing is 2330 hectares but Dubai is 78000 hectares or a staggering 33.9 times bigger, however they only actually use 3675 hectares of that space, the rest is just part of the property. For comparison this airport is 1518 hectares big so it must be efficient! :-)

Hey guys, I think Trivu was talking about the biggest airport as far as being the busiest. Meaning more passengers fly out of ATL than anywhere else in the world. Its been that way since the early 2000s.
