Nope. Not showing either. I guess i just settle down with the rags.
i try to tweak it a bit to see whats wrong in FCS but....lol i dont know what i'm looking at.
its complicated than it looks haha.
Should all be available in the leather bench, never changed anything.
A great mod. Still using it now
i can't craft Drifter's leather set Assassin's rags. ain't visiable at the clothing bench
The armor is made to be ridiculously powerful and it clears that just fine. The sword has +900% attack against robots, humans and animals though I guess that's part of it.
None of the resistances go above 100% and with all the pieces on, standing in the middle of a fully aggroed throne room to the Holy Nation, the only person who can consistently do more than 1-4 damage to me was the Holy Lord Phoenix as a greenlander human.
Damage was absolutely insane. 25,000 - 27,000.
Yes, but I haven't patched since the heavy armour rebalance. Will work as advertised, just let me know if damage reduction seems low (on high grade UBER gear) or if any resist exceeds 100%.
Not possible. Heal rate is racial and can only be affected by furniture.
Sorry, won't have time for new content for a while. I'll add that in if I remember when I get caught up.
Armor in clothing bench, weapons in the usual place.
Requires research.
As always, I am available to criticism!
yay!!! Thanks!!!
Sorry for the delay! I've been out of town.
Instakill bug is patched.
Yes -
Strength gain from both combat and travel are based on encumberance. As usual, heavier gear means more strength gain. The athletics bonus from UBER sandals does not affect this (and allows your characters to keep up). Equip a heavy weapon for maximum effect.
The only other stats my gear aids with training are combat stats by allowing you to face tougher enemies. You learn faster by fighting better trained foes. I recommend leaving the UBER weapons at home for this approach as that will extend combat duration and in effect XP.
No -
There is no passive benefit added to my gear outside of present game mechanics.
Thanks for all of your feedback!
Patched.
Friend invite sent. If you accept I'll get you an email address. Could you send your bugged .sav? Also, what game start did you use?
Since you can make the bed, you must have already done the UBER research. Have you researched Clothing Manufacture or Weapon Smithing to unlock the respective workstations?
Thanks for the numbers!
@All
Unfortunately, I cannot test this for a couple days. But I will look into it.
Has anyone else experienced instakills on UBER-equipped characters?
I harassed Broken Hill, mob up as much paladins as possible and let them fight (i left the pc for hours),
i came back, still alive and kicking, stomach almost red with 5 left
I bandaged it with the rest of the other damages i suffered, and let the fight continue
Was looting one of the bodies (while fighting) and some paladin hit me.....and
Dead, from 11 (in the process of healing) to -681 on the stomach
Blunt (black) damage, not wearing the sandal, nodaichi and the bag. Totally love the bag. Wish it was craftable tho.
All data is appreciated. All armor in my mod (with coverage) covers everything, so skipping the sandals isn't a factor. I also need to know if it's blunt "stun" damage (black) or cutting damage (red) that fills your depleted health bar.
Hey, check out those patch notes! Here's the skinny:
- New backpack (not craftable, sorry)
- New camp bed
- Game start modified to help test changes and to include all UBER additions
i know its consistent, based on 3 event, 3 different people, all UBER users, all without using nodaichi and the sandals.
i'm not sure which part was hit. Probably the legs since its not wearing the gears. hmm... think i should check on that. Will post you soon, after running some tests tonight.
Healing is a good idea, not sure if that's possible though. And yeah, sandals are intense >.>
Instakill from a bandit? Strange.
Do you remember what body parts got hit? Was it the first hit on that part? Was this consistent across multiple encounters/characters?
Sometimes, the enemies can 1hit kill the UBER user. Not the unconscious status, or bleeding, those sort of thing.
I mean, like one time we were being attacked by dust bandits, and things look like we're winning, then BANG! i get the notification that Squint(one of the UBER user) was killed.
Note that i didn't use the nodaichi and the sandals tho.
I actually dont know what caused the instant kill. it only affects the Uber users, if i unequip those gears, then the team will get the usual unconscious, coma thingy instead of instakill
I do love the UG tho!! A total survival gear. Its probably the only gear-based buff out there that i can use for every starting scenario, plus i can also equip it to my whole team.
Not so on the speed of the sandals tho. It tend to miss those tight turns. i only wish there wasn't that instakill.
Can it be incorporated with fast healing?
Sorry. It was a good suggestion.
I would need to edit bitmeshes manually for anything even resembling initial art. Overlaying other prebuilt textures has had... disappointing results.
Do you have any other suggestions?
Giving its compatable with the other mods ive aquired that is .
As I add gear variations, the new crafting capabilities will unlock automatically if you already have this tech researched. All crafted armor uses the usual quality system, but it's still OP even at prototype level.
After playing: Do you have any suggestions for a new tweak, gear set or niche item? The sandals are a great example of the latter.
