Lol, I saw the Franko character too and I thought it was for real

Thank you for the update, was shocked when the I saw the new character was a pregnant woman with a beard, I can rest easy now

They added a new character with the last update, but it's definitely not Franko like it appears with that mod lol Expect an update to fix that today, just need to add Livia's portrait in place of Franko.

Oh, you can download the mod at https://www.mediafire*com/folder/fq1barpa58b5h/Mods (replace * by a dot), it contains the mod files including all the portraits in their original size and cleaned from marks, ink drops etc... Endless War has those same portraits but in their original order (the one in the chart above).

I meant can you post the entire portraits without names

@cassandrayangy This mod only changes the portraits. But if you mean you want to play the original characters with Survival, then you can do this: 1- subscribe to Endless War and navigate to "C:\...\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\282070\857501414\"
2- copy both localizations files and paste them into Last Stand folder (1678380540)
3- play the game with Custom Portrait Pack loaded last (first on the list)
(Endless War does the same changes than Last Stand but doesn't replace the characters.)

@Crestfall They are all taken from the game files. You can see all the unused portraits of the game here [i.imgur.com] in white. That's where they come from, and the devs said that they are all based on their own and those of their relatives (they said it again recently ).

How do i use this ?.Downloaded,restarted the game and restarted a new campaign but nothing happen

@Pandamansleep Both, there is 14 alternate portraits and 5 new portraits. Alternate portraits are like what you see on the mod picture, they are the same character but posing differently.

So does this replace pre-existing characters' portraits or is it new characters

I kept a few of them for my other mod "Survival", added the list with all unused portraits in the description.
